We carefully select each stem and meticulously craft our arrangements to ensure they meet our high standards before they leave our shop. We stand behind our products with our freshness guarantees and are committed to your complete satisfaction.

Freshness Guarantees

Fresh Cut Flower Arrangements: 7-Day Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee the freshness of our cut flower arrangements for 7 days from the date of delivery. If your flowers don't maintain their beauty for at least 7 days with proper care, we will make it right.

Plants and Terrariums: 30-Day Health Guarantee

Our living plants and terrariums are guaranteed to remain healthy for 30 days from the date of delivery with proper care. If your plant shows signs of decline within this period despite following our care instructions, we will replace it or issue a refund.

Note: These guarantees apply only when proper care instructions have been followed and do not cover damage resulting from improper handling, extreme weather conditions, or intentional abuse.

Conditions for Refunds and Replacements

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the arrangement as received (these help us assess the issue and improve our quality control)

Quality Issues During the Guarantee Period

If quality issues arise within our guarantee period (7 days for cut flowers, 30 days for plants), please contact us promptly with:

  • Your order number
  • The date the issue was noticed
  • Photos showing the condition of the products
  • A brief description of the care provided

Non-Delivery

If your order was not delivered as scheduled, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will track your order and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How We Handle Issues

When a problem occurs with your order, we may offer one of the following solutions based on the specific circumstances:

  1. Replacement: In most cases, we prefer to replace the arrangement or plant to ensure you receive the beautiful flowers you expected.
  2. Partial Refund: If only part of an arrangement is affected, we may offer a partial refund reflecting the value of the affected portion.
  3. Full Refund: In cases where replacement isn't possible or practical, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  4. Store Credit: In some situations, we may offer store credit equal to the purchase amount plus an additional percentage for your next purchase.

Our goal is to find the solution that best addresses your specific situation and ensures your complete satisfaction.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled with a full refund if the request is received:

  • For standard delivery orders: At least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date
  • For same-day delivery orders: Within 1 hour of placing the order and no later than 10:00 AM local time

Cancellation Requests After Production Has Begun

Once we have begun preparing your arrangement, cancellation may not be possible as fresh flowers have already been allocated to your order. In these cases:

  • We may charge a production fee (typically 25-50% of the order value)
  • We may be able to reschedule delivery to a future date instead of cancelling

Refund Processing Times

When a refund is issued, please be aware of the following timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Card Refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer
  • Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days
  • Store Credits: Applied immediately to your account

Special Event Orders

For wedding and special event orders, please refer to your event contract for the specific terms regarding deposits, payments, changes, and cancellations, as these may differ from our standard refund policy.

Special event orders typically have the following conditions:

  • Deposits are often non-refundable but may be transferable to another date with sufficient notice
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event may be subject to full payment
  • Design changes may be accommodated up to 14 days before the event

Subscription Orders

For flower subscription services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will only be issued for deliveries not yet processed
  • If you're not satisfied with a subscription delivery, our standard 7-day freshness guarantee applies
  • Pausing subscriptions can be done through your account or by contacting customer service

Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused by the recipient for reasons not related to the quality or condition of the product, the following may apply:

  • The delivery fee is non-refundable
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied
  • If the product can be returned to our shop in saleable condition, a partial refund may be issued

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact you for clarification. Additional delivery attempts may incur an extra delivery charge.
