Our terrariums are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Each terrarium is secured in its container and protected with specialized horticultural packaging to prevent shifting or damage during transit. The glass containers are wrapped with protective materials to prevent breakage.
Extreme temperatures can affect plant health. During periods of extreme cold (below 40°F/4°C) or heat (above 90°F/32°C), we may delay shipment to protect the plants or use special temperature-controlled packaging at our discretion. You will be notified if weather conditions might affect your delivery schedule.
All of our terrariums are backed by a 30-day plant health guarantee. If your terrarium arrives damaged or if the plants show signs of decline within 30 days (with proper care), we'll replace it at no additional cost. Simply contact our customer service team and provide photos of the issue.
